Head to the Paris Hotel and Casino for a delicious breakfast at the French Bistro, Mon Ami Gabi. If you can snag a seat on the patio under the red umbrellas, it makes the whole experience even better. You’ll have the perfect view of The Bellagio fountains right across the street. The patio is first come, first serve, so try to arrive earlier in the morning to beat the rush! If you can’t be seated on the patio, inside, there’s an atrium-style garden room that still provides a nice view.
Whatever you choose to order, you can’t go wrong. Omelettes, Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon, French Toast topped with berries, and my absolute favorite, Corned Beef Hash and Poached Eggs. They also make toasts, breads, and English muffins from scratch. Don’t forget, you’ll need a coffee, tea, fresh-pressed juice, or cocktail to sip on. With the servers in black tie and the “Eiffel Tower” in the background, it really does feel like you’re at a sidewalk cafe in Paris!
Breakfast is served from 7 to 11 am.
This classy spot is the perfect place to enjoy a Spring morning. After your breakfast, take a walk across the street to The Bellagio to enjoy the fountain show and check out the decorated atrium inside of the lobby. Vegas isn’t just exciting at night, the Spring mornings here are worth enjoying too.
