Excellent broth and ramen in Las Vegas

For those who love Japanese food, especially broth with ramen, a visit to Ramen Kobo in Las Vegas is recommended. This small hole in the wall restaurant is most well known for its noodles, which are prepared fresh every day. There are many types of broth available, and you can have the meal hot and spicy or as bland as you wish. The average price of a broth is about $9, but you need to order the toppings, which cost $1.50-$2.50 each.

Many tourists prefer the pork belly bowl as their favorite dish. Other well-known dishes include the Miso Ramen, Shoyu ramen, and toppings include chicken, pork, fish, roe, shredded green onions, corn, mushrooms, and soft boiled eggs, and many more. Ramen kobo also has rice dishes as well as meals for vegans and vegetarians.

While the staff is friendly and efficient, there are several negatives to the place. It is very small inside, and with social distancing, only a few seats are available. Thus, almost every lunch and dinner time, the wait to enter the restaurant is very long—order take-out to avoid this. Finally, compared to most ramen places in Las Vegas, Ramen Kobo is slightly more expensive but judging from the wait, customers do not seem to mind.

Ramen Kobo is located in  Durango Arby retail center. It is open  Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m and then 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, they serve from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
